A request becomes a booked pickup, the crew prices it at the door by how much of the truck it fills, and the load sheet says what was taken, where it went and the dump receipt number — with a what-we-take page on your website. Daybook speaks hauler.
Junk removal is a service trade, and the app takes the service shape for it: a request is waiting to be booked, not viewed; the visit is a service call, not a site visit; the crew prices the load at the door — a quarter, a half, a full truck, or a single item — and once the pickup is done the next step is Mark won, with a quote available but never insisted on. An estate cleanout still gets a walkthrough and a quote first — the shape sets a default, never a rule.
The rest is the trade’s own. Junk pickup, appliance & mattress pickup, cleanout, construction debris, commercial cleanout, bin drop-off and light demolition as service types; a load sheet, a cleanout walkthrough and a demolition & site sheet as checklists; a starter price list from the minimum load to the tipping fee by weight; and the words on the screen are a hauler’s.
The junk removal toolkit.
On top of everything Daybook does for every trade — the full list is here — junk removal gets its own tools.
A request becomes a pickup
The request chips read To book and Call done, the button says Book a service call, and once the pickup is done the job’s next step is Mark won — the crew already priced the load at the door, so a quote is there if you want one and never in the way.
A load sheet on every pickupCrew and up
Where it was — curbside, basement, upstairs by the stairs; what was taken; the load size from a few items to more than one truck; the heavy items that carry a surcharge; where it went — donation, recycling, scrap, e-waste or the transfer station — with the disposal weight and the dump receipt number; and the space left broom-clean, signed by the customer. A cleanout walkthrough and a demolition & site sheet come with it.
A junk removal price list, ready to price
Minimum, quarter, half, three-quarter and full loads, single items from a mattress to a piano, garage, basement, estate and hoarding cleanouts, shed, deck and hot tub teardowns, 10 and 20 yard bins by the week, crew hours, disposal by weight, the mattress and refrigerant surcharges, and the donation and recycling drops — a labelled starter list on day one, with your own prices on it.

Quotes and paperwork in your words
Junk pickup, appliance & mattress pickup, cleanout, construction debris, commercial cleanout, bin drop-off, light demolition — the service types, the examples and the document preview all speak junk removal.
AI that knows the trade
Pickup and load — quarter, half, full — single item, cleanout, estate and hoarding, debris, bin, demo, tipping fee, sorted and diverted, broom-clean, dump receipt — drafts and job summaries use a hauler’s vocabulary, and the auto-classifier files a shed coming down as demolition, a dumpster as a bin, the old kitchen as construction debris and a whole basement as a cleanout.
The words on the screen are yours.
This is not copy — it is what the app says to junk removal businesses, word for word. Most trades see the left-hand word; you see the right.
